We are a successful computerised accounting and payroll solutions company and Sage Specialist, whose foundations have been built upon several years experience both in practice and as independents. As well as offering solutions we also provide a range of ‘at-premises’ and ‘in-house’ services for day-to-day accounting and payroll. Through our association with Sage UK Ltd we have been helping small to medium businesses for over 5 years, and our strengths lie in a combination of in-depth knowledge in accounting with technical expertise and dedication; to providing the best possible solutions for our customers; and to understanding unique business requirements.

For those looking to computerise for the first time, we provide a complete service from initial meeting, recommendation and sale of accounting and payroll software, installation and set-up, training and aftercare support. We have a wealth of experience in the functionality available because we actually use many of the products ourselves on a daily basis. Our specialist software areas are Instant Range, Line 50, Payroll and Intelligent Reporting. In addition we also provide an extensive in-house and at premises range of services including management accounting, bookkeeping, report writing, and payroll bureau.

About Envizage Ltd Envizage Ltd was founded in January 2005, following 3 ½ years successful trading as ‘Envizage Business Solutions’. Based in Poole, Dorset, Envizage Ltd is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Chris and Sarah Ball.

Sarah Ball MAAT
Since 1994, Sarah has built upon a wide range of experience and knowledge of accounting and payroll solutions borne from a background within an accounting firm. Through on the job training of all aspects of accounting and payroll she gained accreditation to the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), and chose to specialise in Sage products and solutions working within the firm’s Sage department. In September 2001 she launched ‘Envizage Business Solutions’ providing accounting and payroll solutions, training, sales, consultancy and software health checks to a variety of local SME’s.

In addition to having achieved AAT accreditation, Sarah has successfully written and run Adult Education courses in Sage, Microsoft Excel and European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL); achieved a Joint Examining Board (JEB) Teacher Training Diploma in IT Skills; achieved numerous product related certifications with Sage UK Ltd; and has recently completed product examinations in Line 50 V12 and Payroll V12 as part of the Sage Accountant Partners scheme.

Chris Ball BA
Since 1994, Chris has built upon a wide range of experience and knowledge through working in finance and business administration, in areas including insurance provision, mortgage and financial advising, business planning and training delivery. Through on the job training and other experiences Chris gained a Batchelor of Arts with distinction in Business & Management, graduating from Bournemouth University in November 2004. Chris joined Envizage Ltd in its first trading year.

In addition to his degree, Chris has gained past qualifications as a CEFA qualified Financial Advisor and holds a City & Guilds Certificate for Training & Presenting in the Workplace.
